The Chef, Marcel Gossert, and his team welcomes you to their family restaurant devoted to pleasure and relaxation. Since buying this former mill in 1979, the Gossert family has devoted itself to preserving the spirit of the place, which has become a popular restaurant in eastern Moselle.

In a pleasant dining room, or on the terrace surrounded with gardens, savour seasonal dishes inspired by regional gastronomy which pay tribute to many other specialities, such as meats grilled over a beech wood fire and tartes flambées. À la carte and set menus will delight all appetites and all tastes.

The Simbach-Mühle restaurant also helps you to organise receptions and group meals for up to 120 guests.
